Kirk installed the Barbera Soloist pickup with an LR Baggs Deluxe Acoustic Equalizer for ultra-high performance. The focused tonal clarity, string to string balance and incredible power of projection they provide sets a new standard for sound quality and tonal projection that is truly a game changer for live performance with an acoustic guitar. The Barbera has separate sensors for each string, which allows for an unprecedented amount of control over your amplified sound. The LR Baggs equalizer/preamp has five top mounted sliders/knobs that control the EQ, Midrange boost, Volume, Presence and a power-on/off LED. The amplified sound is among the best available to nylon strings players: rich and warm, with lots of detail and a natural, acoustic like response. The ergonomic neck profile and relatively short scale make a highly technical playing a breeze. This beauty is set up for very low action, which can be adjusted. She is in excellent condition.
