Returns
The goods must be returned to Diamond Guitars in an orderly condition, without any signs of wear and tear, free from all third-party claims at the costs and risk of the customer. You must contact us for a return authorization. The goods are to be sent to the following returns address:
The refund will be carried out within 14 days after returning the instrument. A refund is only made if the goods are in the same condition as they left the shop. The right of return may be refused, if there are any marks, scratches, or stains etc. which cannot be removed. Alternatively, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are for the customer to pay. Check the actual shipping rates HERE. If you choose to ship yourselves, please make sure the instrument is adequately insured.
International Return (non-EU) are also accepted. However, all shipping costs and 2.5% re-stocking fee will be deducted.
In-store purchases:
Exchange or store credit only within seven days of purchase and with original receipt. All returns must be in the original packaging with all the accessories, adapters, and complete documentation (owner’s manual, warranty card, quick start guides, etc.).
Return Policy on Electronic Equipment:
Electronic Equipment is not returnable unless defective. This is to ensure all electronics we sell are in new condition and fully warranted. We will accept defective exchanges on Electronic Equipment within 14 days of original invoice date. Item will be inspected upon return to determine defectiveness. When confirmed, we will ship an exchanged item to you or give a store credit. You must contact us for a return authorization.
