    We do understand your concern about buying of expensive instruments when you are not able to visit the shop to play and feel the guitars. That is why we will take the risks out of the buying process. We provide the best possible information and answer any question you might have. Also, upon request we provide additional videos, pictures and sound samples to your specific needs. At Diamond Guitars you can order instruments with complete confidence!

    Whether you wish to buy a new or used instrument, we focus on a hassle-free and risk-free purchase. Most online ordered guitars can be returned without reason within 14 days after reception and are therefore subject to our ‘Money-Back Guarantee’. Check the exclusions below.


    The goods must be returned to Diamond Guitars in an orderly condition, without any signs of wear and tear, free from all third-party claims at the costs and risk of the customer. You must contact us for a return authorization. The goods are to be sent to the following returns address:

    The refund will be carried out within 14 days after returning the instrument. A refund is only made if the goods are in the same condition as they left the shop. The right of return may be refused, if there are any marks, scratches, or stains etc. which cannot be removed. Alternatively, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

    • If you choose to ship yourselves, please make sure the instrument is adequately insured.
    • Intercontinental Returns are also accepted. However, all shipping costs and 5% re-stocking fee will be deducted.

    In-store purchases:

    Exchange or store credit only within seven days of purchase and with original receipt. All returns must be in the original packaging with all the accessories, adapters, and complete documentation (owner’s manual, warranty card, quick start guides, etc.).

    Return Policy on Electronic Equipment:

    Electronic Equipment is not returnable unless defective. This is to ensure all electronics we sell are in new condition and fully warranted. We will accept defective exchanges on Electronic Equipment within 14 days of original invoice date. Item will be inspected upon return to determine defectiveness. When confirmed, we will ship an exchanged item to you or give a store credit. You must contact us for a return authorization.


    • Custom ordered guitars are excluded from the return policy.
    • Guitars on consignment are sold ‘as is’. We treat them as a private sale. No return, no refunds.  Keep in mind that we only take quality instruments on consignment that we consider to be structurally and cosmetically excellent instruments after a full technical inspection. That is why we offer these guitars with the one-year Diamond Guitars Warranty.
    • Layaway is considered final, no transfer or exchange possible.
    • Deposits on any item are non-refundable.
    • Refund is forfeited if the goods have been tampered with, damaged, or altered in any way.
    • When a guitar is exchanged, the right of returns is excluded. In the rare circumstance when the guitar is not what is expected, we offer a free consignment service or a shop credit.
