Awesome Avalon L1-330c build with Western Red Cedar and English Black Walnut back and sides and cutaway in mint condition.
This Avalon L1-330c from the Ard Ri (‘High King’ in Gaelic) is built with all solid woods, Ebony bridge, bridge pins end pin wedge. 5 ply binding featuring beautifully contrasting Sycamore. Sycamore is also used for the center strip on the back of the body and neck, 5-piece warp free neck with a bound Ebony fret board; the warp free aspect is achieved by cross graining the two main pieces of African Mahogany.
Well-balanced, lush and resonant sound with great sustain, grand piano like clarity up and down the fret board. This beauty delivers full bodies tones, superb string separation and strong bass tones with equally strong mids and delicate highs.
