This Lowden FM35 has that special, delicate voice by the AAAA Alpine Spruce top. Her soundbox is a tad smaller (105 mm) than the standard F model (120 mm) and comes with a narrow neck (43.5 mm). This neck gives a more electric guitar feel to the left hand. Very easy to play and when one switches from a Les Paul to this babe it just goes natural. Fun to play with delicious tone and lots over overtones and complexity.
The Lowden FM offers superb projection and note separation with more emphasis on the lower mids making it ideal for flat-pickers and fingerpickers alike. With a reduced body depth over a standard F model, the FM is voiced to project bright clean lead lines or fingerpicking runs with extra emphasis on the lower mids.
