For this Lowden F35 George chose Bog Oak for the back & sides. Justifiably described as the world’s rarest tonewood, this near fossilized ancient wood reveals a dark, silky hue and subtle figure. The astoundingly rich tone is comparable with any premium tropical hardwood. Radio carbon dating confirms it is actually 5300 years old!
