This Fender Mark Knopfler Signature Stratocaster. She’s all original, has some finish wear but overall in excellent condition. She comes with papers and original case. This is the guitar model Mark used to play that well known notes that can be heard in his most famous song ‘Sultan of Swing’. Perhaps the most distinctive guitar voice in the last 30 years. Mark worked with Fender to create a signature guitar that combines all his favorite features like the comfort-contoured ’57 lightweight Ash body, the vintage tinted ’62 C-shaped Maple neck with the Rosewood fretboard, the Texas Special single coil pickups, and American vintage vibrato providing all the sparkle and bite that unique Knopfler tone
She produces a very fresh and lively sound coming from the Texas Special single coils transmitting the sound of this red icon in the best manner to the amp and conjure up a big grin on your face: bluesy, warm and belly, just as you know it from Mark Knopfler! Her condition is excellent.
