Second to none!

Diamond Guitars selection and service are second to none.  I have dealt with salespeople all over the world and Wil is the only one I’ve come across who will give you his time after the sale is complete like he did while it was in process. There have been at least a couple of situations where I knew concerns of mine weren’t gravely serious to the health of my guitar. However, they still felt like the end of the world to me at the time. Rather than just writing these issues off as trivial and simply telling me ‘no big deal’, Wil earnestly addressed them, and explained why there was indeed no need to worry. In an ever more automated world, if you appreciate personal business interactions, then they don’t get any better than working with Wil.  I was never hesitant to make a purchase from Diamond Guitars sight and unseen and would never be in the future either; thank you for another pleasant experience!
