Relentless assistance and support

I contacted Wil from Diamond Guitars Amsterdam to discuss the purchase of a Santa Cruz guitar he had on his website. After spending quite a bit of time over the phone with Wil, I made the decision to work with him instead, in designing and purchasing my first custom build Santa Cruz 000 – 12, with the most beautiful Cocobolo back and sides, and moon spruce top. The process took some time, but I must say the integrity and professionalism of Wil is an absolute stand out and to top it off when I received my ‘piece of art’ (my 000-12 fret) I was blown away by the quality, the sound and the aesthetics of the purchase. Thank you so much for your relentless assistance and support throughout the process – even being on the opposite side of the world in Australia.
