Return Policy

We do understand your concern with regard to the online buying of expensive instruments when you are not able to visit the shop to play and feel the guitars. That is why we will take the risks out of the buying process. At Diamond Guitars you can order instruments with complete confidence! Whether you wish to buy a new or used instrument we focus on a hassle free and risk free purchase. Please review our return policy below.

Return policy

Online purchases:

All online ordered guitars can be returned without reason within 30 days after reception and are therefore subject to our 'Full Money Back Guarantee'. The guitars must be returned to Diamond Guitars in an orderly condition, without any signs of wear and tear, free from all third party claims at the costs and risk of the customer. Please be sure to contact us for a return number. The instruments are to be sent to the following address:

The refund will be carried out within 14 days after recieval of the instrument. A refund is only made if the goods are in the same condition as they left the shop. The right of return may be refused, if there are any marks, scratches or stains etc. which cannot be removed. Alternatively, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Return shipping (including insurance) costs are for the customer to pay. Please make sure the guitar is adequately insured. Standard return shipping costs from BeNeLux-countries will be payed for by Diamond Guitars.

Shipping costs for deliveries outside the EU will not be refunded.

In-store purchases

Exchange or store credit only within seven days of purchase and with original receipt. All returns must be in the original packaging with all the accessories, adapters and complete documentation (owner’s manual, warranty card, quick start guides, etc.). 

Return Policy On Electronic Equipment

Electronic Equipment is not returnable unless defective. This is to insure all electronics we sell are in new condition and fully warranted. We will accept defective exchanges on Electronic Equipment within 14 days of original invoice date. Item will be inspected upon return to determine defectiveness. When confirmed we will ship an exchanged item to you or give a store credit. You must contact us for a return authorization.


  1. International sales are considered final;

  2. Custom ordered items are excluded from the return policy. Downpayments on custom ordered instruments are non-refundable;

  3. Refund is forfeited if the goods have been tampered with, damaged or altered in anyway;

  4. Guitars on consignment are sold 'as is'. No return, no refunds. We treat them as a private sale. Keep in mind that we only take quality instruments on consigment that we consider to be structuraly and cosmeticaly excellent instruments.
